My experience enables me to offer many services such as Psychotherapy and Art Therapy individual and group sessions, tele- health appointments and clinical supervision for those looking to become licensed.
My focus is to help individuals become aware of their inner strengths to live a more fulfilling life. I listen and provide a nurturing and non- judgmental approach to treatment. In addition, I offer an LGBTQ+ affirming safe space to grow and heal.
I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
Depression, anxiety and life transitions are common. Let's face it - life is hard! You may be adjusting to life and need a compassionate healer to help you sit through the pain. In counseling, we are able to work together to help you recover motivation, gain new perspectives and help to obtain the joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. I can help you overcome these uncomfortable symptoms and guide you through the process of healing. I am trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectial Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Psychodynamic approaches. I tailor your treatment to your individual needs.
Art Therapy enriches life at any age. No artist skills are required to participate. Art Therapy incorporates the practice of mindfulness and has several benefits including self- expression, building self- esteem, self- regulation, building social skills, stress reduction, reduces conflict, and it fosters self- awareness. In the process of session, I aim to help you to practice going with the flow, and help to aid in trusting your gut intuition. You have it in you to use art to help you solve life's problems.
